Boende i Räfsnäs har protesterat mot kommunens planer på att anlägga en sopstation i Räfsnäs hamn.
Nu har Förvaltningsrätten i Uppsala avslagit deras önskan.
– Men vi ska överklaga beslutet, säger Rävsnäs Samfällighetsförenings ordförande Jan-Eric Wilén.
